does anyone know a recipe for homemake rug cleaner. Dog urinated on rug and no money to buy cleaner for steam?

I am cleaning the entire rug too. Do I need soap to? and what kind. Also thanks so much for answers so far.

Use apple cider vinegar instead of distilled. ACV has the appropriate natural acidity to neutralize the urine. May need to add some baking soda to absorb residual scent.
